She has hosted programs for Televisa, such as Las Noticias by Adela and La entrevista by Adela. In Grupo Imagen Multimedia she led the broadcast “La Primera por Adela”.

She has directed programs of her own design, informative, debate and journalistic analysis.
Her style has been her greatest stamp in research programs, reports and interviews.

Throughout her career she has been consistent and showed concern and commitment to women and the reality they face in Mexico and the world. Proof of this is the program “Cuidado, Mujeres Trabajando”, which she produced for television, and “Mujeres Eligiendo” for radio.

She was the pioneer owner of the reality show “Big Brother”, the highest-rated show on national television in Mexico.

As a reporter she has always been where the news comes from. She has been a special envoy to presidential tours, natural disasters, conflict zones, historic ceremonies, princely weddings and cultural events.

Her keen vision has brought her face to face with celebrities from all walks of life. She has interviewed musicians, athletes, artists, bullfighters, politicians, activists, presidents and heads of state. But also to fashion personalities, businessmen, tycoons, historians, Nobel laureates, computer creators and intellectuals.

Versatile woman, always professional, she has also been a moderator in the debates of presidential candidates.

She is co-author of the book “Gritos y Susurros, biografías de mujeres líderes en México”·

She has also received several awards including the National Journalism Award, the ACE Award granted by the Association of Latin American Entertainment Critics of New York and the José Pagés Llergo Award, for a series of interviews with five women who were imprisoned without protection in Guanajuato.

In the international arena she was distinguished for her television programs: “The Way We Are” and “Warning: Women at Work”.

She recently received from the Senate of the Republic the Leona Vicario medal for her outstanding work.

For more than 5 years she has been producing and directing the Saga Live program that is broadcast on Facebook, YouTube with interviews and topics of great interest. This being the first program of its kind to be broadcast live Tuesday and Thursday, with in-person guests and immediate contact with the audience.

At Financiero Bloomberg she produced and directed “En EF y por Adela”, an interviews show with personalities of the moment from all walks of life.

Currently broadcasts by Heraldo Television, the program “Me lo dijo Adela” from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 hrs a news magazine, with interviewees from all areas, politics, entertainment, culture, fashion, sports and technology.
