Gustavo Adolfo Infante is a Mexican presenter, host, director and columnist. He is known by the nickname “El Periodista de las Exclusivas” he is recognized nationally and internationally for his collaborations in the sections of shows in Grupo Imagen and the Hispanic television network Univision, as well as in the radio program El show de Piolín.
Infante was born on April 14, 1965 in Mexico City. He studied at the Carlos Septién García School of Journalism. From where he graduated and obtained the Lic. in journalism. He has been collaborating in the world of journalism for 35 years, and in his career includes roles as a reporter, presenter, columnist, director and host. He was a radio host and producer for 25 years.
He served as director, host and collaborator of programs of the extinct signal Cadena tres in the programs “No Lo Cuentes” and “En Compañía De”. He was also a contributor to Telemundo’s Un Nuevo Día program.
Currently, he continues in Grupo Imagen in the channel “Imagen Televisión”, forming part of the program Sale el Sol, where he is host of the section “Birds in the Wire”, he is director and presenter of the programs “The minute that changed my destiny” and “First hand”. Since 2016 he has been working with special participations in the univision program El Gordo y la Flaca.
Among other occupations, he is a collaborator of the newspaper of the Excelsior, where he maintains a column.
Gustavo Adolfo Infante has obtained all the awards and recognitions to which a journalist can aspire as, national award of locution and the national prize of journalism in the category of television interview.
